About Me
About Me
As an advanced practice registered nurse with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I've been passionate about integrating spirituality into my practice for over four decades. Despite challenges in traditional training, I've had powerful encounters with the spiritual realm throughout my work in critical care, hospice, mental health, grief, trauma, and behavioral medicine. A profound near-death experience on December 15, 2008, after a sudden cardiac arrest, transformed me personally and professionally.
During my near-death experience, I experienced life as pure consciousness outside my body, surrounded by profound love and guided by the presence of God. After surviving against all odds, I returned with a clear sense of mission and newfound intuitive gifts to fulfill my purpose in life. This experience profoundly changed me, equipping me with the tools to embrace my spiritual mission and continue my work in holistic caring and teaching.
